- My father was the principal Cellist for various Symphony Orchestras around the world, finally retiring from the Veracruz Symphony Orchestra in Mexico. He, among other family members, was an inspiration for me to pursue the creative arts. I have been to various art schools and seminars, I have won a number of awards including the Grumbacher Award. Portraiture, I love, but capturing the crisp lines of color, depth and movement in my new series "Motion" is my goal. I have been painting professionally for a number of years and it is truly something that I love dearly.
